Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the AI-powered content generation services and automation tools (the "Service") provided by MEXNI (the "Company").

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and members in connection with the use of the MEXNI Service.

Article 2 (Service Provision)

The Company provides AI-based music generation, lyrics writing, video production and automated upload tools. Specific features may change in accordance with the Company's policy.

Article 3 (Membership)

Membership requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy and follows the procedure set by the Company.

Article 4 (Member Obligations)

Members must comply with applicable laws, these Terms and the Company's operating policies, and must not infringe the rights of others.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright in the content created by a member through the Service belongs to the member. The Company may use such content on a non-exclusive, royalty-free basis for service operation, promotion and quality improvement.

Article 6 (Restrictions on Use)

The Company may restrict the use of the Service without prior notice if a member violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Article 7 (Paid Services)

Monthly subscription services are charged immediately upon subscription and renewed automatically on the same day each month unless cancelled. Payments are processed by Toss Payments and support both domestic and international cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, UnionPay).

Article 8 (Cancellation)

Members may cancel their subscription at any time on the "Subscription" page. Upon cancellation, automatic billing stops from the next scheduled charge and no further fees are incurred. Service access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Article 9 (Refunds)

Refund handling follows the separate Refund Policy.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for failure to provide the Service due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war or carrier outages.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
