Refund Policy

MEXNI complies with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of Korea and operates the following refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A full refund is available within 7 days of payment, provided that the service has not been used at all (no song generation, automation tools, YouTube tools, etc.).

2. Refund Process

  1. Step 1: Send a refund request email to aeluvopl@gmail.com. Include your registered email and the date of payment.
  2. Step 2: We verify eligibility (1–2 business days).
  3. Step 3: Once approved, the original payment method is reversed (card payment cancellation).
  4. Step 4: Refund completed (3–7 business days).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases: the service has been used at least once; more than 7 days have passed since payment; or use has been suspended for breach of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Partial Refunds

Pro-rata refunds for monthly subscriptions are not provided as a rule. However, in the case of service interruption attributable to the Company, refunds are calculated excluding the days actually used.
