MEXNI (the "Company") values members' personal information and complies with applicable laws including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
1. Categories of Personal Information Collected
Required: email address, social login information (when linking Google or Kakao accounts), service usage records, access logs and cookies. At payment: payment authorization data and the card identifier required for refund handling (full card numbers are not stored).
2. Purpose of Use
Member registration and management, service delivery, payment and refund handling, customer support, fraud prevention, service improvement and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Retention Period
Retained until withdrawal from membership. The following records are retained pursuant to law: contract or withdrawal records for 5 years, payment records for 5 years, complaint or dispute resolution records for 3 years, and access logs for 3 months.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties without the member's consent, except that payment-related information may be disclosed to Toss Payments to process payments.
5. Outsourcing
The Company outsources processing as follows: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Supabase (database operations), Toss Payments (payment processing), Google (analytics and social sign-in), Sentry (error monitoring), Cloudflare (storage of videos and images uploaded by members).
6. Member Rights
Members may at any time access, correct or delete their personal information and request withdrawal from membership.

8. Connected Social Accounts (Threads, Instagram, Facebook Pages)
When a member connects a Threads account, an Instagram professional account or a Facebook Page through Meta's login, the Company receives the account or Page ID, its name and an access token, and stores the token encrypted. The Company uses them only for posts the member asks for: publishing the title and link of the member's own YouTube videos after they become public, when the member has turned on social auto-posting, and publishing the text, images, videos and first comment the member writes on the Social Post screen to the accounts the member selects. Images and videos the member uploads are kept in the Company's storage only for publishing and are deleted 7 days after all posts are finished (and in any case within 40 days of upload). The Company keeps a record of those posts (post and comment IDs and results). The Company does not read the member's other posts, messages or followers, does not sell or share this data with third parties, and does not use it for advertising. Members can disconnect at any time in the YouTube Upload menu or on the Social Post screen, which deletes the stored token immediately; withdrawing from membership also deletes it. Members can also remove MEXNI in their Meta app settings or request deletion as described at https://mexni.com/data-deletion.
