MEXNI (the "Company") values members' personal information and complies with applicable laws including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
1. Categories of Personal Information Collected
Required: email address, social login information (when linking Google or Kakao accounts), service usage records, access logs and cookies. At payment: payment authorization data and the card identifier required for refund handling (full card numbers are not stored).
2. Purpose of Use
Member registration and management, service delivery, payment and refund handling, customer support, fraud prevention, service improvement and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Retention Period
Retained until withdrawal from membership. The following records are retained pursuant to law: contract or withdrawal records for 5 years, payment records for 5 years, complaint or dispute resolution records for 3 years, and access logs for 3 months.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties without the member's consent, except that payment-related information may be disclosed to Toss Payments to process payments.
5. Outsourcing
The Company outsources processing as follows: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Supabase (database operations), Toss Payments (payment processing), Google (analytics and social sign-in), Sentry (error monitoring).
6. Member Rights
Members may at any time access, correct or delete their personal information and request withdrawal from membership.
