Data Deletion Instructions

MEXNI 가 보관하는 소셜 계정 정보

회원이 연결한 스레드 계정, 인스타그램 프로페셔널 계정, 페이스북 페이지의 번호와 이름, 암호화한 접근 토큰, 그리고 그 계정에 올린 게시 기록입니다. 회원 본인의 유튜브 영상 제목과 링크, 회원이 소셜 게시 화면에서 직접 쓴 글·이미지·영상과 첫 댓글을 올리는 데에만 씁니다. 회원이 올린 이미지와 영상은 게시가 모두 끝나고 7일 뒤(늦어도 올린 날부터 40일 안에) 삭제합니다.

삭제하는 방법

  1. MEXNI 에서: 왼쪽 메뉴 YouTube 업로드(또는 소셜 게시 화면)의 소셜 자동 게시 카드에서 계정 옆 해제를 누르면 바로 삭제됩니다.
  2. 페이스북에서: 설정 및 개인정보 > 설정 > 앱 및 웹사이트에서 MEXNI 를 삭제하고 데이터 삭제를 요청하면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
  3. 인스타그램에서: 설정 > 앱 및 웹사이트에서 MEXNI 를 삭제하면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
  4. 스레드에서: 설정 > 계정 > 웹사이트 권한에서 MEXNI 를 삭제하면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
  5. MEXNI 회원 탈퇴를 하면 모두 함께 삭제됩니다.
  6. 그 밖의 요청은 MEXNI 이메일(aeluvopl@gmail.com)로 보내 주시면 처리해 드립니다.

What MEXNI stores

For each Threads account, Instagram professional account or Facebook Page a member connects, MEXNI stores the account or Page ID, its name, an encrypted access token and a record of the posts MEXNI published to it. This data is used only to publish the title and link of the member's own YouTube videos and the text, images, videos and first comment the member writes on the Social Post screen. Images and videos the member uploads are deleted 7 days after all posts are finished (and in any case within 40 days of upload).

How to delete it

  1. In MEXNI: open YouTube Upload in the left menu (or the Social Post screen) and press Disconnect next to the account in the Social Auto-Post card. The data is deleted immediately.
  2. On Facebook: Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, remove MEXNI and request data deletion. The data is deleted automatically.
  3. On Instagram: Settings > Apps and websites, remove MEXNI. The data is deleted automatically.
  4. On Threads: Settings > Account > Website permissions, remove MEXNI. The data is deleted automatically.
  5. Withdrawing from MEXNI membership deletes all of it.
